Terms of Service
The terms that govern use of the Savy platform.
Last updated: August 8, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of WithSavy (“Savy”, “we”, “us”), including the Savy dashboard, each Business’s public Savy website, and related services. By creating a Savy account or using a Business’s Savy website, you agree to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Savy provides independent service and product businesses with a website builder, online booking and/or order management, a customer relationship management (CRM) tool, and payment processing via Paystack. Features available to a given account depend on its subscription plan.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating a Business account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription Plans & Platform Fees
Savy offers Free, Starter, and Pro subscription plans, each with different feature limits and monthly pricing as displayed on our pricing page. You choose your plan when you set up your account and can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
Savy deducts a platform fee from each booking or order payment processed through the platform, at a rate determined by the account’s plan (Free: 10%, Starter: 5%, Pro: 4%). This fee is disclosed before checkout and is separate from Paystack’s own processing fees.
5. Payments & Refunds
Online payments are processed through Paystack. Starter and Pro businesses may also accept direct bank transfers and manually verify customer receipts. Savy does not directly hold customer funds. Refunds, cancellations, and no-show handling are governed by each Business’s own booking or order policy, which the Business is responsible for setting and disclosing. Customers must accept the applicable booking policy before completing a booking.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Savy to:
- Sell illegal goods or services, or violate any applicable law
- Infringe another party’s intellectual property or privacy rights
- Transmit malware, spam, or engage in fraudulent activity
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform’s infrastructure
7. Business Content
Businesses retain ownership of the content (photos, descriptions, branding) they upload to their Savy website. By uploading content, you grant Savy a licence to host and display it as part of operating your website and the wider Savy platform.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard; you retain access until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Savy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including disputes between a Business and its Customers.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of Savy after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
